Cox Turner Morse announces a restructure…

With the continuing uncertainty surrounding the UK Construction Sector and current forecasts predicting another difficult year ahead in 2012; Cox Turner Morse have responded to these difficult trading conditions by restructuring the business to be best placed to confidently tackle these current challenges.

The Business has been re-organised into two separate Companies, CTM Residential and Copeland Wedge Associates, with each targeting their own specific market sectors.

Incumbent Cox Turner Morse Directors, Richard Stowe and Carl Hanson will be heading up CTM Residential, whilst remaining Incumbents Dave Copeland and Jim O'Donnell, along with new owner/Director Steve Wedge will make up the board of Directors for Copeland Wedge Associates.

CTM Residential will build on the successful Cox Turner Morse Housing Section and will initially concentrate on delivering Civil and Structural Engineering Services to the residential market, whilst Copeland Wedge Associates will be seeking opportunities in all other sectors.

Cox Turner Morse Consulting LLP will trade in order to deliver and complete all existing Appointments and Commitments, however all new commissions will be undertaken by the new respective Practices. All existing liabilities and Warranties will be honoured under these new trading arrangements.

Cox Turner Morse Ltd Managing Director, Steve Brown, will be acting in a Consultancy role to both Copeland Wedge Associates and CTM Residential utilising his extensive experience in helping to grow these exciting new ventures.

The restructure will best position the new companies to provide the quality service that has become synonymous with the Cox Turner Morse Brand over the last 42 years.
